Effluent and Bulk Storage Tanks
In our 40 years of supplying silos and process vessels we have developed the capacity to site erect any vessel up to 650,000L with a very experienced team serving a wide variety of industries.

The following projects are an example of our site erected tanks programme and effluent management projects. One of our larger projects included a 515,000L effluent management system for a yeast manufacturer in Ireland, where effluent is mixed and discharged in accordance with the requirements of the effluent discharge license.

Other effluent management projects include an Ozone filtration vessel for water purification which is an alternative process to chlorine and fluoride additives.

Dust Collection
In 2003 Blackwater developed a Waste Dust Collection system for a customer in Ireland to collect ceramic dust. We developed a 6 off IBC filling station c/w 150mm dia trough type conveyor; central inlet, 6 off outlets, reversible screw, stand off bearings with packing gland seals at both ends. When a high level is reached in the small storage hopper, the screw conveyor starts. All outlet valves are open. When the IBC has reached its pre selected weight, the butterfly valve will close and the next station takes over.
